Image, Self-Image, and Self-Esteem
Image
is how you really
are, how you look and what you wear and so on, self-image is your picture
of yourself, and self-esteem
is how you value
yourself. Oftentimes people's self-image is quite different to their actual image leading to having a picture that is not realistic or not seen as others see you, especially having a self-esteem that is generally talking yourself down
everywhere, or, which is less common, talking yourself up.
Both can be a problem potentially. The first is often associated to other issues such as social phobia, anxiety, or depression.
The second might just mean you are very cheerful and confident - but it could also might mean becoming quite arrogant or harming others (like with personality disorders).

A tip if having image or esteem issues
Don't take yourself too seriously. It's
really healthy to find people you can "laugh at yourself" with. That probably applies if confidence is too
high aswell as if it is too
low. People usually find it very relaxing and it just takes the edge off everything.
