Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Conditions eg ADD, ADHD
Attention deficit with or without being unusually restless and hyperactive together make up the ADD and ADHD conditions. These are mostly diagnosed in children aged around 6 - 12 where there is a difficulty to focus on anything such as formats, routines, instructions, the daily cycles, appointments, tasks, and instead, jumping from one focus to another , with or without wanting to move around a lot (not sit still, fidget a lot, and so on). It can carry into adulthood as various similar mood, concentration, or restlessness problems which may make working life a struggle.
