Getting to sleep regularly can be a real problem for many of the other mind styles listed on these pages. Besides to sleeping tablets, or herbal remedies like Nytol, or the traditional milky drink, best is obviously whatever is the slowest, calmest, most relaxing or unwinding kinds of soundtrack possible. 

I had major sleep problems in my life. One thing that did make a massive diff was setting an alarm always for the same time and forcing myself through midday tiredness where before i was just sleeping in the afternoons and then awake most of the night.
