Thrill & Novelty Seeking
There's nothing wrong with enjoying a buzz from time to time (why else are there Theme Parks, Skydiving, Action and Thriller films
at the cinema, etc). The problem is if the "buzz" ends up leading to accidents, ill health, bad decisions in life, or to addictions, or to doing something really reckless. in addition, if too big of a part of a mind style, thrill or novelty seeking, can make it difficult to settle on any one thing, as, there always seems to need to be some new things needed.
It can make it difficult to have lasting jobs or lasting relationships or lasting social groups. You might end up quite isolated, eventually, or in financial difficulties, and, then unfortunately, with very few options to "get out and enjoy life" even to a normal level, never mind finding a buzz or new things to do. It's also, unfortunately, probably only obvious from experience afterwards, what were the things that made life more fun and what were the things which a person ends up regretting.
Some buzz or novelty seeking is due to chemicals in the brain such as serotonin or dopamine levels, so if dopamine is low, leading to a low or anxious mood, you might seek out more experiences to create a more enjoyable feeling. But as more and more of a given hit is taken, the amount of dopamine produced in the brain reduces over time, so people tend to need to consume more of their hits to get the same buzzes.
This can lead to many dangers in the end.
